13.3 Annex III: How to configure a SCSI printer in Windows

Use your Printer manual to install (connect) your SCSI printer to PRISMAspool server
•
Once your printer is connected, restart your computer to check whether Windows rec-
ognizes the printer when it starts up
•
Use the Registry Editor
•
Open the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE key and then HARDWARE and DEVICEMAP sub
keys
•
Open the SCSCI entry and look for your printer's entry
•
Use this information to configure your printer in PRISMAspool as indicated on the fol-
lowing figures.
