C: Pinouts - Iqinvision IQeye User Manual

The following charts show the pin configurations for each of the three connectors on the IQeye
camera. Refer to this section for the appropriate Ethernet pin configuration, if you plan to attach
a security sensor to the camera, or if you plan to connect an external modem to the camera.
The diagrams below appear as they would if you are looking at the IQeye with the threaded
camera mount positioned on the bottom of the camera.
C.1 Ethernet Connector
The IQeye uses a standard RJ45 Ethernet connector. The pin connections are shown below.
C.2 Serial Connectors
C.2.1 IQeye1/IQeye2 Serial Connector
The DIN-8 Serial port is used to connect a modem to the camera. The connector on the IQeye
is male. Refer to the
