How To REMOVE AND REPLACE MOLDED HANDLE ASSEMBLY

Tools Required: Phillips screwdriver, 9/16" wrench, Rubber mallet, Center punch, and Light hammer
Step 1
Turn the power OFF. Disconnect the power cord from the outlet.
Step 2
Remove the DISPLAY CONSOLE. (See "How To...")
Step 3
With a 9/16" wrench, loosen and remove the (2) NUTS and (2) WASHERS from the DISPLAY CONSOLE
BRACKET. Use a center punch and a light hammer to tap out the (2) CARRIAGE BOLTS.
Step 4
With a phillips screwdriver, remove the (2) MOLDED HANDLE ASSEMBLY SCREWS from the MOLDED HANDLE
ASSEMBLY. Pull the worn MOLDED HANDLE ASSEMBLY from the VERTICAL HANDLE SUPPORTS.
NOTE: The molded handle assembly may be frozen in place on the vertical handle supports. use a rubber
mallet to tap out the molded handle assembly.
Step 5
Reverse steps 1 through 4 to return all parts to their proper position.
