ACCESS AND EXECUTION
Machine Option Display / Update Mode
6. Pressing the '2' key during the 'walking LED' mode will initiate the Machine Options display / update mode.
a.
The status of all 6 available machine options will be displayed, in order, for a few seconds on the VF
display window.
b.
The six machine options available are as follows.
Program Limits
English / Metric
AC Power Cycle
Drive Train Status
Oil Pump Status
Telemetry Status

To change the option status, press the 'ENTER' key when that option is displayed on the VF display. The
status of that option will toggle to the alternate state and resulting option will be displayed on the VF
display.
d. Only the first option (Program Limits) the user can modify. The remaining five options are set at the factory.
NOTE A:
The very first time a new non-volatile memory (EEROM) chip is powered, the EEROM memory
manager is initialized and all dipswitches (U27) are read to determine the factory setting for all
the options. Max. Program Time will be initialized to 60 minutes.
NOTE B:
The dipswitches WILL NOT BE READ AGAIN as long as the non-volatile (EEROM) memory
functions properly, so that option changes MUST be made using this utility.
NOTE C:
Should the non-volatile memory (EEROM) fail, the unit will initialize all machine options on every
power up using the above mentioned dipswitch settings.
Pressing the 'CLEAR' key during the Machine Option mode will:
Save all option settings in non-volatile (EEROM) memory.
Exit mode and return unit to the 'walking LED' test.
