How To REMOVE AND REPLACE HOUSING

Tools Required: 5/32" Allen head wrench, Phillips screwdriver

Housing

5/32" Allen Screws
Torque 10-12 in. lbs.
Step 1
Turn the power OFF. Disconnect the power cord from the outlet.
Step 2
Remove the COLUMN (See "How To...")
Step 3
Remove the MOLDED HANDLE ASSEMBLY (See "How To...")
Step 4
With a phillips screwdriver, loosen and remove the (2) SCREWS from the Front TRAY. Guide the Front TRAY
forward and down from the HOUSING. With a 5/32" allen head wrench, loosen and remove THE 5/32" HOUSING
(4) SCREWS from the HOUSING.
Step 5
Guide the worn HOUSING upward and away from the CHASSIS FRAME. Carefully insert the new HOUSING in its
place.
Step 6
Reverse steps 1 through 4 to return all part to their proper positions.
