Monocolumn; Display Console - Life Fitness LS 9100 Service Manual

Step 1
Turn the power OFF. Disconnect the power cord from the outlet.
Step 2
Remove the DISPLAY CONSOLE. (See "How To...")
Step 3
With a 9/16" wrench, loosen the remove the (2) NUTS and (2) WASHERS from the DISPLAY CONSOLE
BRACKET. Use a center punch and a light hammer to tap out the (2) CARRIAGE BOLTS.

7/32" Column Screws
Step 4
With a 5/32" hex key wrench, loosen and remove the SCREWS (2) which attach the BOOT to the HOUSING.
Step 5
Lift the BOOT to have access to the following screws: with a 7/32" hex key wrench, loosen and remove the
SCREWS (4) which secure the COLUMN to the FRAME. Lift and remove the COLUMN with the attached BOOT.
NOTE: Tuck the connector into the column to prevent it from catching as the column is removed.
Step 6
Transfer the BOOT to the new COLUMN before being installed onto the FRAME.
