Installation Procedure
Connecting the Power Cord
WARNING! Two power specifications are listed below. The specifications that apply to your
printer depend on its configuration. Connect the power plug only to a properly rated power out-
let. Otherwise, it can cause fire or electric shocks. If in doubt, contact Technical Support.
110V Model: 110–127VAC 50–60Hz, 12.2A
230V Model: 220–240VAC 50–60Hz, 5.8A
To prevent fire or electric shock, follow the instructions below based on your machine configura-
tion.
1.
Connect the power cord to the power cord connector at the back of the printer.
2.
Make sure that the power switch has been firmly pushed to the < > (Off) position and then
insert the other end of the power cord to the power outlet.
