Photoreceptor Motor
Start (DO-70)
Motor Speed 0 (DO-71)
Motor Speed 1 (DO-72)
NOTE: Even if only DO-71 or DO-72 is executed, the motor
doesn't rotate. Execute the DO-70 and then execute the DO-
71 or the DO-72.
The rotational speed of the motor is as follows.
DO-70+DO-72 < DO-70+DO-71 < DO-70
Procedures 2,3,4,5,8 and 9 are for the technical staff.
1)
Turn on the power and enter the Diagnostic Mode.
2)
Open the Front Door and Top Cover.
3)
Remove the IBT.
4)
Cheat the Safety Interlock System.
5)
Execute the DO-70. Confirm the rotation of coupling of the
motor. (The customer can confirm the motor noise only.)
6)
Press the "Cancel" key to stop the motor.
7)
Remove the cheater, reseat the IBT.
8)
Close the Top Cover and the Front Door.
