Turn the power off and manually spin the fan and check that
it rotates freely.
Does the fan rotate freely?

Check the Main Fan Cable connection to the Engine Board,
J2 for correct installation.
Is the cable installed correctly?

Disconnect the main fan from J2 on the Engine Board and
check the voltages on J2 (refer to Table 1).
Are the voltages correct?
