Configuring Other Firewall Features

You can configure attack checks, set session limits, and manage the application level gateway
(ALG) for Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) sessions.

Attack Checks

The Attack Checks screen allows you to specify whether or not the VPN firewall should be
protected against common attacks in the DMZ, LAN, and WAN networks. The various types of
attack checks are listed on the Attack Checks screen and defined in
Table 4-4 on page
4-27.
To enable the appropriate attack checks for your network environment:
1. Select Security > Firewall from the menu. The Firewall submenu tabs display.
2. Click the Attack Checks submenu tab. The Attack Checks screen displays (see
Figure 4-16
on page
4-27).
