8.00 HELP Command
Description
Used to display the brief instructions and a list of command related
to the Local Diagnosis Mode.
After displaying the HELP screen, prompt 'DIG>" is displayed on
the screen, and you can perform desired diagnosis by entering the
command associated with it.
