Exchange Integration License on the Extension Configuration screen's Mail
Management tab (see Figure 7). Make sure that the E-mail Name field contains
alphanumeric characters only and does not contain other characters such as spaces
( ) or periods ( . ).

Each user needs to access their mailbox once via an e-mail client (Outlook,

for that user.
