If the fuser or exit rollers do not turn during POR, go to the
Stepper Motor Service Check" on page

Feed Guide
Check these parts for wear or damage. Replace as
necessary. Be sure all guide surfaces in the paper
path are free of dirt.
Check the registration roller clutch for continuity.
Be sure connector CN104 on the printer controller
board is connected properly.
