External rear-view mirrors
These are electrically adjusted using control A (with the ignition key in
position II) and are equipped with defogging elements.
1) Mirror selection: use control A, to select the mirror you wish to
adjust (right- or left-hand).
2 2) Mirror positioning: move control A in the four directions
(up – down – right – left) to adjust each of the rear view mirrors.
Once the adjustment is complete, move control A to the upper central
position, where it will be locked, in order to avoid changing the setting
inadvertently.
3) Mirror closing: turn control A to the lower central position to close
both mirrors to help parking manoeuvres in narrow spaces. When
the control is moved back to the upper central position, the mirrors
return to the open position.
Do not turn the ignition key to position 0 while the rear-view mirrors are
being opened or closed.

In this case, the mirrors become "unsteady" and to reactivate them you
must:
• turn the ignition key to position II;
• move control A to the mirror fully closed position and then move it
The mirrors will yield in both directions in the event of a collision: if
necessary, the mirrors can be pushed both backwards and forwards.
