CHAPTER 6 FIXING SYSTEM
3. Detaching the Upper Fixing Roller,
Heater, and Lower Fixing Roller
1) Detach the fixing assembly from the
copier.
2) Pull out faston A (See Figure 6-207), and
remove the two screws; the heater mount
plate (front) can be detached in this condi-
tion.
3) Pull faston B, and remove the mounting
screw from the heater mount plate found
at the rear; then, pull out the heater mount
plate (rear) and the heater carefully.
