Specifies the initial reference point (TOF or BOF) from which a
job performs its first carriage control function.

Definition
Specifies that the control program will perform the first spacing, skipping, or
printing action from the Top Of Form (top of page image).
Specifies that the control program will perform the first spacing, skipping, or
