Addendum to Getting Started for DocuSP 3.6.xx
Dear Customer:
This kit contains the DocuTech 61xx DocuSP version 3.6.xx software release. This release is
cumulative and contains all functionality and problem fixes from previous releases up to and
including 3.12.
Note: This document is intended to be used in conjunction with the Getting Started document for
DocuSP 3.6.xx. This document contains important information that applies to DocuSP 3.6.

Product overview

The DocuTech 61xx family are high speed black and white production printers. Each model prints at
a different rated speed, allowing customers to select the model that suits their printing needs.
Þ The DocuTech Model 6100 prints at a speed of up to 96 prints per minute using 8.5 x 11 inch
(216 x 279 mm) or A4 (210 x 297 mm) stock at 600–dpi resolution.
Þ The DocuTech Model 6115 prints at a speed of up to 115 prints per minute using 8.5 x 11 inch
(216 x 279 mm) or A4 (210 x 297 mm) stock at 600–dpi resolution.
Þ The DocuTech Model 6135 prints at a speed of up to 135 prints per minute using 8.5 x 11 inch
(216 x 279 mm) or A4 (210 x 297 mm) stock at 600–dpi resolution.
Þ The DocuTech Model 6155 at a speed of up to 155 prints per minute using 8.5 x 11 inch (216 x
279 mm) or A4 (210 x 297 mm) stock at 600–dpi resolution. With 17x11 inch (432x279 mm)
stock, the print rate is up to 77 prints per minute.
Þ The DocuTech Model 6180 prints at a speed of up to 180 prints per minute using 8.5 x 11 inch
(216 x 279 mm) or A4 (210 x 297 mm) stock at 600–dpi resolution. With 17x11 inch (432x279
mm) stock, the print rate is up to 77 prints per minute.
For other paper sizes the prints per minute vary, as the DocuTech 61xx printers have the capability
of dynamically running in different speed modes.
The DocuTech 6100, 6115, and 6135 are available with three paper trays as standard configuration,
and can be configured with an optional interposer containing two additional paper trays.
The DocuTech 6155 and 6180 are available with five paper trays as standard configuration.
All of the DocuTech 61xx family printers contain an internal high capacity stitcher/stacker and binder,
and can be configured with an optional bypass transport to allow support for additional finishing
devices.
