Used FcPortFCClass as the type for the

fcConnUnitPortFCClassCap and

fcConnUnitPortFCClassOp objects in the

FcConnUnitPortEntry SEQUENCE statement.

Used fcConnUnitGlobalId instead of fcConnUnitId as

notification objects in the fcConnUnitDeletedTrap and

fcConnUnitEventTrap NOTIFICATION-TYPE

The goal of this version was to re-write into SMIv2.
