stFramesTooShort (Only supports low 32 bits of counter, high 32 bits
are set to zero).

Description
Number of frames received at this port where the frame length was
less than the minimum indicated by the frame header – normally 24
bytes, but it could be more if the DFCTL field indicates an optional
header should have been present.
NOTE: This is a Fibre Channel only statistic

are set to zero).

Description
Number of frames received with unknown addressing. E.g. unknown
SID or DID. The SID or DID is not known to the routing algorithm.
