c) Any motorcycle on which the odome-
ter's mileage has been modified in a man-
ner in which it is no longer possible to
easily establish the true mileage.
III – Limited liability
a) aprilia's responsibilities under the
emission control warranty are limited ex-
clusively to the elimination of materials or
work defects through an Official aprilia
Dealership at its corporate headquarters
during normal working hours. This war-
ranty does not cover hardship due to the
impossibility of using the motorcycle, nor
transport of the motorcycle to/from the
aprilia Dealership.
aprilia SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS
FOR ALL OTHER COSTS, LOSSES OR
DAMAGES, DIRECT OR INDIRECT,
ACCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE, DERIV-
ING FROM THE SALE, USE OR IMPOS-
SIBILITY OF USE OF THE aprilia MO-
TORCYCLE FOR ANY REASON. SOME
STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLU-
SION OR LIMITATION OF ACCIDEN-
TAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES AND
FOR THIS REASON THE ABOVE-MEN-
TIONED LIMITATIONS MAY NOT AP-
PLY IN YOUR CASE.
b) NO OTHER WARRANTY ON THE
EMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM IS
GRANTED BY aprilia OUTSIDE OF
WHAT IS SPECIFICALLY DEFINED IN
THE PRESENT DOCUMENT. ANY
EMISSION CONTROL WARRANTY IM-
PLIED BY THE LAW, INCLUDING ANY

c) Toute motocyclette sur laquelle le ki-
lométrage du compteur a été modifié de
façon à ne plus pouvoir établir rapide-
ment le kilométrage réel.
III - Responsabilité limitée
a) La responsabilité d'aprilia aux termes
de la garantie sur le système de contrôle
des émissions se limite exclusivement à
l'élimination des défauts du matériel et
des vices de fabrication par un conces-
sionnaire officiel aprilia, dans son siège
d'entreprise, durant les horaires de travail
normaux. Cette garantie ne comprend
pas les inconvénients consécutifs ni l'im-
possibilité d'utiliser le motocycle ni le
transport du motocycle vers / depuis le
concessionnaire aprilia.
