Clearing a Paper Misfeed

Paper Output Misfeed (10-bin Mail-bin)

There are several methods for clearing a misfed sheet
of paper from the unit depending upon the location of
the misfeed.

METHOD 1 (main unit)

Separate the printer from the 10-bin mail-bin.

Open the side cover and then the upper cover.

Remove the misfed paper by pulling it straight out from the printer.
Note
• If paper misfeeds often occur within the 10-bin mail-bin, make sure
that the connectors of the 10-bin mail-bin are correctly connected to the
sockets.
