Setting the Basic Menu

Press the On Line key in order to take the printer offline.

Press the Menu key repeatedly until you come to the menu that
you want to select.

Press the Item key until you come to the menu that you want to
select.
You can return to the menu mode by pressing the Menu key.

Press the Select key as many times as necessary to change the
user selection.
You can return to the menu mode by pressing the Menu key.
You can return to the item mode by pressing the Item key.

Press the Enter key to save your selection.
An asterisk (*) will appear to the right of the setting.

Press the On Line key to return the printer online.
• The printer should be offline when selecting printer menus.
• Pressing the On Line key will return the printer online from any
menu mode.
• The printer will automatically return online if a key operation is
not performed within thirty seconds in any menu mode.
