3-2-14. INTERFACE menu

The INTERFACE menu serves to select a device connec-
tion.
To select processor connector interface
(AUX IF menu)
This menu is available to forcibly make a connection to
SRPC-1 or a camera for checking during service work.
1. Select "INTERFACE" on the Diagnosis menu, and
press the [ENTER] dial.
The Interface window appears.
2. Select "AUX IF" in the Interface window, and press
the [ENTER] dial.
The AUX IF Mode window appears.

3. Select a mode from the following, and press the
[ENTER] dial.
VA: Makes a connection of processor connector
to SRPC-1.
Camera: Makes a connection of processor connector
to a camera.
Auto: Makes a connection of processor connector
automatically to the connected device
(factory setting).
4. Press the [ENTER] dial while pressing the [FUNC]
button.
The unit restarts automatically and the mode changes.

When "Camera"is selected or "Auto" is selected with a
camera connected, indication "SRW-1" on the HOME
screen and in the Diagnosis menu changes to "SRW-
1:CAM".
If no device is recognized at the processor connector, the
indication blinks yellow.
