European customers needing technical assistance or
encountering keyboard problems should contact an
authorized Key Tronic Distributor. The dealer you
purchased your keyboard from can provide you with the
name and address of the Key Tronic Distributor nearest
you.
Your Key Tronic Distributor will contact a Customer
Service Representative from Key Tronic who will
determine whether a keyboard needs to be returned to
Key Tronic for repair. Upon authorization of return. your
distributor will give you shipping instructions.
