When all the desired changes have been
made, press ENTER to display the next
macro. Continue in this manner until all
editing is complete. Press ESCAPE to
return to the macro menu.
Select the [Save] menu option by pressing
"S" to save the changes to disk. You will be
prompted with "File exists overwrite
<YIN>". Enter "Y" to save the changes you
just made or enter "N'' to leave the file
unchanged.
Return to your application and test the
macro function.
Editing macro key assignments with the
[Create] menu option works basically the
same way just described. However, you
cannot cycle through the macros with the
space bar.
If you are using macros with application programs you
may want to create batch files that load your macro file
and application program automatically. Adding the
following line to your AUTOEXEC.BAT file will
automatically load the practice macro file you created
earlier, DOSEXP.KBM and the UK keyboard macro
driver, MC102UK.COM.
MC102UK DOSEXP.KBM <Return>
Now upon power up or system reset, the UK keyboard
driver, the keyboard macro driver, and the DOS macro
file are loaded automatically.
