to change the macro. The editing
window changes to show the cursor posi-
tioned on the first character of the macro
assignment as shown below. The right-
hand corner of the screen displays me
following:
• Edit Mode - Insert

or Replace (blank)
• ASCII character
• Scan code

Step 6.
ASCII Character -
Use the right arrow key on the cursor pad to
cycle through the macro assignment. Notice
how the character and scan code boxes
change with each character.
Now press the INSERT key on the cursor
keypad and observe that an
'T
is inserted
into the edit mode box. Press the INSERT
key again to toggle back to replace mode.
Make the desired changes to the macro
assignment by positioning the cursor with the
arrow keys. Use the Backspace or Delete
keys to erase characters.
