sink EDID from the output.
DXP 88 PLUS — 01-08 = input slot, 09-16 = automatically populated with
sink EDID from the output.
DXP 168 PLUS — 01-16 = input slot, 17-24 = automatically populated
with sink EDID from the output.
DXP 1616 PLUS — 01-16 = input slot, 17-32 = automatically populated
