INDeX system programming can be used to access and change user's divert, DSS
key and number settings.
1. From the Administration menu, select User and enter the directory number.
2. Select Extended functions.
3. Select Pick Up Number to alter the users pickup group number.
1. From the Administration menu, select User and enter the directory number.
2. Select Extended functions and then Divert settings.
3. The Divert settings menu contains a range of options currently not used in
INDeX Level 9.1. The users divert settings, as set through their terminal, are
shown as Other Divert All, Other Divert Busy and Other Divert No Answer.
– For Other divert all, a system speed dial can be entered by entering S
followed by the system speed dial store number. This allows an external
number to be used for divert all.
– For users using two-wire and INDeX non-display terminals, setting a Divert
all value also switches the divert all function on.
4. Diverts can be set to the Voice Mailbox. Set Other Divert All, Other Divert
Busy and Other Divert No Answer to the Voice Mail group number (see
"Default Groups" on page 18).
1. From the Administration menu, select User and enter the directory number.
2. Select Extended functions.
3. Select DSS/BLF keys to display a menu of the user's current DSS key settings.
Use the menu to alter those setting if required.
