Click the LAN Settings button.

The Local Area Network (LAN) Settings window appears.
Clear the check box labeled Use a proxy server for your LAN.

Web Browser Pop-up Blocking Settings
The Firebox® X Edge e-Series uses pop-up windows for many features, including the Quick Setup Wiz-
ard. If you block pop-up windows, you must disable this function when you connect to the Edge.
Use these instructions to disable the pop-up blocking option in Firefox, Netscape, Safari, or Internet
Explorer. If you are using a different browser, use the browser Help system to find the necessary infor-
mation.
Disabling the pop-up blocker in Internet Explorer 6.x or 7.x
Open Internet Explorer.

Select Tools > Pop-Up Blocker > Turn Off Pop-Up Blocker.
