Use Remote Support

Automate VX can be configured from a laptop on the same subnet as the system using the web browser
interface. For advanced configurations, Windows Remote Desktop can be used. 1 Beyond Camera
Systems Remote Professional Services will access the Automate VX using TeamViewer.
TeamViewer Quick Support is installed on the Automate VX's desktop for remote access and will require
the system to be connected to the internet. Automate VX has a built-in Wi-Fi card, which can be used to
set up remote access, but should be disabled in all other circumstances including after the installation is
complete.
