Job Finish Notice
Sends E-mail notice when a job is complete. It is also available that send a notice when a job is interrupted.
Users can be notified of the completion of a job while working at a remote desk, saving the time spent waiting
beside the machine to finish.
NOTE
PC should be configured in advance so that E-mail can be used.

It is possible to attach an image to the e-mail notice.

File Name Entry
Adds a file name.
Additional information such as job number and date and time can also be set. You can check a job history or job
status using the file name, date and time, or job number specified here.
Enter the file name (up to 32 characters).
To add date and time, select [Date and Time]. To add job number, select [Job No.]. To add both, select [Job No.]
& [Date and Time] or [Date and Time] & [Job No.].
Fax Direct Transmission
The destination is dialed and communication starts before the original is scanned, allowing you to verify that
each page of the fax has been properly sent.

NOTE
In direct transmission, you can designate only one destination for one transmission.
In the destination screen for sending, select [Direct]. This selects the direct transmission method and the keys
on the touch panel are highlighted.
Cancelling Direct Transmission
During direct transmission, to cancel communication during transmission, select the [Stop] key or [Cancel]. The
originals that have been scanned are ejected, and the screen returns to the send default screen. When originals
remain in the document processor, take them out.
NOTE
In some cases, transmission may take place even if the [Stop] key or [Cancel] is selected.
Starts direct transmission.
Dials the receiving system, and after the communication has started,
originals are scanned.
Starts memory transmission.
After originals are scanned into memory, the communication starts.
