This is considered the failure of IC2200
or IC2401 on the BA board.

Remedy
Check whether the fuses (F8702, F8703) are blown.
If any of these fuses is blown, replace IC8700.

Remedy
1. Input the SDI signal to SDI 1 INPUT.
2. Measure the C2428 waveform.
Connect and disconnect the SDI signal and check whether there is a change in
the C2428 waveform.
3. • When there is no change and the R2413 voltage is 3.3 V while the SDI
signal is input:
Replace IC2401
• When the R2413 is at the ground level or unstable level while the SDI
signal is input:
Replace IC2200
