Power signal +3.3V_PAC is output when supply of +12V_BA starts.
A voltage of 3.3 V is supplied to the power monitoring IC (IC0406) by +3.3V_PAC. IC0406 makes its configuration.
After startup is completed, each step-down converter is activated according to the sequence. D0400 lights during this
period. When there is no problem with each power system, supply of all power voltages starts in about 50 msec. Upon
completion of this sequence, D0400 goes out. (For this reason, D0400 lights for 50 msec in the shortest.)
If a problem other than +3.3V_BA (IC0301) occurs, IC0406 shuts down all step-down converters except for IC0301.
If there is a problem with +3.3V_BA, IC0406 shuts down all monitored step-down converters. In the case of these
problems, only +3.3V_PAC is supplied and D0400 lights to indicate an alarm status. If there is a problem with supply
of +12V_BA or +3.3V_PAC, D0400 does not light.
