Description
You use this bit to activate a sensor pause. This causes the value "0" to be returned in
G1_XIST1.
You use this bit to acknowledge an error that occurred during feedback of the actual en-
coder value.
0 : Reference mark search: Detect reference mark using the configured edge of reference
