Switch C4-02 [Torque Compensation Delay Time], E1-08 [Mid Point A Voltage] and E1-
10 [Minimum Output Voltage]. Enabled parameters are decided based on the combination
of the condition of the terminals ON or OFF and Run command orientation (Forward/
Reverse).
