Post Flushing Procedures

Identify and remove the source of the contamination.

Reconnect all fittings using new HNBR "green"

HFC-134a compatible O-rings. Lubricate the O-rings

with mineral oil prior to installation.

Install a new receiver-drier.

NOTE: The receiver-drier should be replaced just

before the system is drawn to a deep vacuum to

avoid saturating it with moisture.

Clean or replace the thermal expansion valve.
