Preassembling the antihopping clutch

Thoroughly oil the clutch facing discs.

Mount the sleeves.

Beginning with an intermediate clutch disc, alternately
position all other clutch facing discs and intermediate clutch
discs.

Position release springs

Slide on the outside inner clutch hub, watching out for the
markings.

Tightly press both inner clutch hubs together and have an
assistant screw in the special tool.

Apply the special tool by hand only; do not use
another tool.
Only tighten the special tool to the point where the
clutch facing discs cannot be shifted relative to each
other; they will need to be aligned when they are
mounted in the clutch basket.
