Jam Code Troubleshooting Procedures
M4R Paper path motor stalled while the printer duplexed the print.
1. Inspect the paper path for obstructions.
2. Run the diagnostic Paper Drive Power test.
3. Run the diagnostic Media Path Motor and Shafts test.
4. Replace the Media Path Drive Assembly.
5. Ensure that media is correct weight and type for tray.
