Correct Exercising Posture
When using the Pulse Cycles, to ensure that you obtain the most from
your workout, it is essential that you have the correct posture on the
Cardio Theater
machines as follows;

Your back should be straight whilst pedalling.

Your back should remain in contact with the backrest at all times.

Place balls of your feet on pedals and secure with the footstraps.
(2)
Adjust the seat so that the knee is slightly bent when the pedal is at
the furthest position away from the body.
(3)
Grip handlebars lightly.

The Control Panel
The Control panel (see Figure F) consists of a slimline panel containing
a small LCD screen, a large LED screen and several membrane-type
buttons for programme selection, control and data entry.
5.6
Programme Control LCD Screen
The programme control LCD screen provides you with all the
information necessary for you to select and run your desired exercise
programme with the minimum of delay.The screen provides
context-sensitive instructions for what to do next according to which
button you have pressed.
While performing an exercise, the screen provides continuously
updated information so that you can monitor your progress (see
Figure G in section 6 on page 25).

Graphic Display LED Screen
The graphic display LED screen provides a visual representation of
operational information according to the mode/profile selected.
