Possible Causes
Controller fan missing or not
inserted all the way
Controller fan circuitry failure
Canisters not inserted
DC power harness failure
Power interface board failure
Controller back panel failure
Power supply turned off or
disconnected
Power supply overheated
Power supply failure
Corrective Action
Make sure controller fan is installed
correctly. If LED still off, it may be
burned out. Go to next cause.
Replace controller fan.
Make sure all the controllers and fans
are locked securely in place.
Replace the DC power harnesses (call
service technician).
Replace the power supply housing
(call service technician).
Replace the controller card cage (call
service technician).
Check power cord and turn on the
power switch. If canister LED remains
off, go to Cause next cause.
Wait 10 minutes to see if power
supply turns on again. If not, go to
next cause.
Check for power supply Fault LED on
front panel. If lit, replace failed power
supply.
