3. Remove the battery harness.
a. Look inside the chassis beneath the area from which you just removed the
controller card cage.
You will see one end of the battery harness (gray ribbon cable) mounted on a
bracket at the back of the battery retainer shelf (
the battery retainer shelf).
b. Loosen the two screws holding the harness in place.
Remove the harness from the chassis.
