CHECK-RELIEF VALVE
REMOVAL

Disconnect the
nipple
from the tank and cap the
(TJ-
123 and
after)
nipple
and the tank
opening.

Remove the tank from the
airplane.

Gain
access
to the
check-relief valve
through
the
large
access
door
on
the
LH side
of the
airplane.
The
check-relief
valve is
located under
the door seal
pressure

Unscrew the nuts from
both ends of
the check-
relief
valve and
remove
the
valve.

Place the tank in
position

secure
to
the

the
open ends of both swivel
tees where
the
airplane
structure with
the attach
screws.

matter
from

Remove
the caps
from
the tank
opening
and the
nipple.

Wrap
tape (62,

around the
CHECK-RELIEF VALVE /NSTALL4T/ON
threads of the
nipple
and connect it
to
the tank.

Secure the
access
door.

Remove the caps from the ends of both swivel
tees.

in
position
and
screw

Gain
access
to
the automatic deflate switch

access
to
the pressure tank
through
the
nose
baggage
compartment

Ensure
that the door is open,
so
that the switch

Disconnect pressure
tubing
from the ah side
