Disassembly
To avoid risk of electrical shock, personal injury, or death, disconnect electrical power source to unit, unless test
procedures require power to be connected. Discharge capacitor through a resistor before attempting to service.
Ensure all ground wires are connected before certifying unit as repaired and/or operational.
Drip Tray Guide Removal
(Left Side Shown)
Condition Requirements:
Drip Tray Removed
1. Remove burner grates, caps, bowls, and grate
support from left side of the range.
2. Remove screw and position burner assembly away
from drip tray guide.
3. Remove screws and trim from range.
4. Remove screws and drip tray guide from range.
Note: The screw in the front left corner holding the drip
tray guide to the range is hidden by the manifold
assembly. It may be necessary to remove the
control panel, the gas tube from shutoff valve,
and a few screws that attach the manifold to the
range in order to access this screw.
5. Reverse procedure for installation.

Broil Burner Removal

Condition Requirements:
Door Assembly Removed
Back Panel Removed
1. Remove nut from broil burner and gas tube.
2. Remove screws that secure igniter to oven cavity.
3. Remove screws and rear broil burner bracket from
oven cavity.
4. Remove screws and front broil burner bracket from
oven cavity.
5. Pull broil burner from range.
6. Reverse procedure for installation.
