To avoid risk of electrical shock, personal injury, or death, disconnect electrical power source to unit, unless test
procedures require power to be connected. Discharge capacitor through a resistor before attempting to service.
Ensure all ground wires are connected before certifying unit as repaired and/or operational.

Burner Igniter Removal

Condition Requirements:
None
1. Remove burner grates, caps, bowls, and grate
support from range.
2. Disconnect igniter wire from burner igniter.
3. Remove screws and burner igniter from range.
4. Reverse procedure for installation.

Surface Burner Removal

Condition Requirements:
None
1. Remove burner grates, caps, bowls, and grate
support from range.
2. Remove burner igniter.
3. Remove screw and burner assembly from range.
Note: Make sure burner is seated properly over the
orifice during installation.
4. Reverse procedure for installation.

Surface Burner Orifice Removal

Condition Requirements:
Control Components Accessed
Surface Burner Removed
1. Remove orifice from burner valve.
2. Reverse procedure for installation.

Side Light Housing Removal

Condition Requirements:
Door Assembly Removed
1. Remove burner grates, caps, bowls, and grate
support from range.
2. Pull drip tray forward and disconnect side light
connector.
3. Remove screw and side light housing from oven liner.
4. Reverse procedure for installation.
