Temperature Switch Removal; Terminal Block Removal; Hinge Receiver Removal (Right Side Shown) - Viking DCCG130 Service Manual

Disassembly
To avoid risk of electrical shock, personal injury, or death, disconnect electrical power source to unit, unless test
procedures require power to be connected. Discharge capacitor through a resistor before attempting to service.
Ensure all ground wires are connected before certifying unit as repaired and/or operational.
Cooling Fan Temperature Switch Removal
Condition Requirements:
Side Panel Removed
Note: The cooling fan is controlled by the cooling fan
temperature switch which is N.O. (normally
open) and closes at 150°F.
1. Mark and disconnect connectors from temperature
switch.
2. Remove screws and temperature switch from side of
range.
3. Reverse procedure for installation.

Terminal Block Removal

Condition Requirements:
Back Panel Removed
1. Remove screws and cover from range.
2. Mark and disconnect connectors from terminal block.
3. Remove screws and terminal block from range.
3. Reverse procedure for installation.

Hinge Receiver Removal
(Right Side Shown)
Condition Requirements:
Door Assembly Removed
Side Panel Removed
1. Remove screws, trim, and pull interior side panel
back to access hinge receiver.
2. Pull back insulation to access hinge receiver.
3. Remove screw and hinge receiver from range.
4. Reverse procedure for installation.
