Quick Power Disconnect - Viking VGIC530 Service Manual

To avoid risk of electrical shock, personal injury, or death, disconnect electrical power source to unit, unless test
procedures require power to be connected. Discharge capacitor through a resistor before attempting to service.
Ensure all ground wires are connected before certifying unit as repaired and/or operational.

Quick Power Disconnect

The VGIC range has a quick power disconnect located
on the right side of the burner box. Use this disconnect
location instead of pulling the range from the installation
and unplugging from the outlet.
1. Remove burner grates, caps, bowls, and grate
support from right side of the range.
2. Remove screw and position burner assembly away
from cover.
3. Remove screws and cover from range.

4. Disconnect Molex connector to remove power to the
range.
5. Reverse procedure for installation.
