STANDING CALF STRETCH
Standing about 3 feet from a wall, take one step
forward with your left foot. Place your hands on
the wall in front of you. Your elbows slightly bent,
shoulders, hips, and feet are pointed directly to-
wards the wall. Bend your left leg slowly using the
movement to control the amount of stretch in the
right calf. Your heels should stay on the ground.
Slowly bring yourself back to the starting position
and switch legs. Alternate for the amount of de-
sired repetitions.
