WARM-UP MODE
Now the Treadmill is in the manual
warm up mode. You are now in control
of both the speed and elevation to reach
your target Heart Rate Zone. Once a
steady Heart Rate within +/- 5 Beats
Per Minute of your entered Target Zone
is found, the console will beep 3 times
and then enter the Heart Rate Training
mode.
NOTE:
The dot matrix window will
scroll: "Target Heart Rate Achieved"
PROGRAM MODE
Now the Treadmill will automatically
adjust your speed and elevation to keep
you in your Target Zone. This will re-
peat throughout the program. It will
adjust speed first, then elevation. Never
both at the same time.
