Testing the CallPilot software and
channels
Introduction
This section includes a series of tests of the CallPilot installation including
verifying that:
you can leave a message.
you can retrieve a message.
each call channel and multimedia (DSP) channel is functioning properly.
Before you begin
Ensure that you have configured the switch and CallPilot server, as
described in this guide.
Obtain the UCD group DNs (primary DNs).
Identify a telephone set DN existing on the switch that you can use for
testing.
Have a pencil and paper ready to record the results of the tests.

To verify that you can leave a message

Complete the following procedures to perform this test:
