on the symptoms.
Diagnosis
Card is disabled or
faulty.
Card faulty, failed
self-test, or problem
communicating with
peripheral equipment.
Hardware or software
problems with
Hospitality Integrated
Voice Services.
If the problem cannot be resolved after using all available diagnostic tools and
test procedures, make a list of all the symptoms observed and contact the field
service representative.
In some instances, Hospitality Integrated Voice Services may have more
ports equipped than are being used. For example, eight ports were purchased
and there are only enough available Agents in the License to support five
additional agents. Another possibility is that expansion may have been
planned into the purchase of Hospitality Integrated Voice Services, and more
ports are equipped than are currently needed.
Each equipped port on the Hospitality Integrated Voice Services card
attempts to log in when the card is powered up. The "acquire failed" messages
